If you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept returns and exchanges within 60 days. We offer free shipping on all returns postmarked within 60 days of delivery receipt. Returns will be refundable in the original method of payment.

Shipping & Returns

At this time, we do not ship internationally. Only within the US.

Yes

We ship using FedEx and USPS.

We offer free returns and exchanges within 60 days.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been washed or used. However, we understand that things happen so for questions or concerns regarding a washed or used item please email us at guarantee@blueloom.com for additional help.

Once return is received, please allow 3-5 business days for refund.

Orders

At this time, we are not able to modify a billing or shipping address once an order has been placed.

To check the status of your order, please log into your Blue Loom account. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can check your status at any time.
